Three questions

1. Is there any way to record the IP addresses of the people who fill out my html form? I have a pay-per-lead program and have to be able to verify leads by IP address.

2. If recording IP is not possible with AMLMLite, is it possible with AMLM?

3. Is there an UNSUBSCRIBE form with AMLMLite or AMLM? I want to be able to put something on my website that they can unsubscribe from.
