We may be different than hosted accounts at Godaddy I don’t know. The critical paths can vary a lot. Ours are:
Plesk version 7.5.4 and above HTTP Document Root /var/www/vhosts/ HTTPS Document Root /var/www/vhosts/ CGI-BIN /var/www/vhosts/ HTTP Logs /var/www/vhosts/ A complete listing for Linux dedicated/virtual dedicated server paths is at: http://help.godaddy.com/article/1360 When I made the folder for AMLM under cgi-bin I didn’t check the file permission and as it turns out was wrong. I finally figured it out by copying the test.cgi program from the cgi-bin/test folder into the AMLM folder and trying run it. It wouldn’t but it did under cgi-bin/test and the light went on. Changed the cgi-bin/AMLM folder permission to what the test folder was, 755 and we were off to the races. Now that I am in the process of setting up I am impressed at how you have done this application. It is full featured, simple to learn for the novice and expert alike. I believe the biggest problem we will have is figuring out all the ways it can be used… I can see lots of things that can be done easily that before I wouldn’t have even thought of doing. Bottom line… Thank You, Good Job and well worth the price. Trey Hacker |
