I have one set of final questions about the AMLM Pro Version I am using. I have set-up the HTML form for my mailing lists and testing them out.

Firstly, I have selected an account where I automatically want to subscribe prospects when they subscribe to this account. However, if the prospect unsubscribes from the account, they are not unsubscribed from the other account that they are automatically subscribed too. Is there anyway to set this up? Or do I manually have to unsubscribe them from the other list I set-up for automatic subscribing.

Secondly, I have selected accounts where I automatically want to unsubscribe prospects to when they subscribe to the account. However, if they subscribe to another account they are then in two accounts.

To explain this better let's say I have 5 accounts. I will call them account1, account2, etc. Account1 is the highest of the hierarchy in the accounts. When a prospect is subscribed to this account I want them to be unsubscribed from all the other accounts. If a prospect subscribes to account2 I want them to be unsubscribed from accounts 3-5. This all works well. However, if a prospect that is already subscribed to account1 decides to subscribe to account5 (which happens to be an account to receive a free report), they then are subscribed to account1 and 5 - as they subscribed to account 5, after subscribing to account1.

Is there anyway the system can check to ensure that this prospect isn't already in another account and if it is do not subscribe them to account5?

Or maybe there is a way to check duplicates across all accounts and have them deleted?

I hope this makes sense. Let me know if you need further clarification.

Thank you

1. You can do this in the HTML section of your account. Choose which accounts you want to subscribe or unsubscribe and this will be done automatically.

2. Yes, this can be done too. See above.

3. There is a feature that prevents subscribers from subscribing twice.
If you check this then all subscriber emails will be check for duplication.
