I have been setting up the AMLM Pro with all my mailing lists, responders, etc, and reading through the manual. It is a great program and I have been able to work out and set most things up. However, upon reading through the features of the product I cannot figure out how to do some things that are mentioned and would appreciate your help in clarifying how I set-up the following features:

1. Search mailing lists. I have 9 mailing lists I will be using. I know how to search for a person in one mailing list, but can I do a global search to find which list a person belongs to, so I can locate them?

2. The features mention that you can send one time broadcasts to your entire subscriber list or selected groups - can you please explain how this is done? If I want to send an email to 5 of my 9 mailing lists how would you suggest I do this.

3. The features mention that you can receive a summary email when a broadcast process is complete. Under the personal area of the global settings area I have completed my details (name and email) and ticked the box to receive the statistics. To date I have sent one broadcast message to a mailing list and did not receive any broadcast statistics. Can you please explain if I need to set something else up to receive them.

4. I know that I can set-up additional fields in the html form, such as phone number. However, if I import a list it does not import the phone number into the phone field. It includes it with the name. Can I import more than just the name and email address? If so, please explain how I do this. To date I have just copied and pasted the list into the "insert text" area of the import prospects page.

5. The features state that you can arrange email notification of task results? Can you please explain how I do this.

6. The features state that you can clone an existing autoresponder? I can see how to set them up, but can't see how I can clone them. Can you please explain how I do this.

7. The features state that I can import messages from one autoresponder to another. Can you please explain how I do this.

8. In the edit messages area I notice that I can load content from file mysignature_html.txt Load content from file mysignature_text.txt. Can you please explain how I set these files up. I could not find anything in the instructions manual about this.

1. No.

2. You need to go inside each account, create a message and send it out.

3. You need to check to receive the statistics and make sure you enter a valid email address.

4. You can use the XMLIMPORT feature to import additional fields.
Do a search on the net if you need additional software to convert.

5. Is this same as (3)?

6. To clone simply choose the account you want to clone when creating new account.

7. Same as (6).

8. You need to FTP to the directory and edit the files.
