Page is Redirected

I have followed the directions for install, but when I point my browser to my responder.cgi file and enter my password to go to the Admin area, the page quickly redirects to http://www.free-software-download.us/adtz/go.php?c=trial&s=a.

Is there any way you can tell me what I'm doing wrong?
