I have set up online forms for the two AMLM Lite autoresponders you installed on my site earlier this month.
I have noticed that when I created a new account or updated settings, often AMLM system will announce there is a SQL error and provide a lot of code. But, if I refresh the system one or more times, it seems to be working OK.
There is a worse problem which doesn’t seem to ‘fix itself’. When either of my two online forms are filled in and I hit the ‘subscribe’ button, I get one of two errors:
My TMG autoresponder has this error message:
“SQL error: show table status from michaelmeanwell_com_-_amlmtm like ? : ERROR: 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-_amlmtm like 'swd_user'' at line 1Status: 302 Moved Location:
http://www.michaelmeanwell.com/subscribe/tmg/index.html”
TMG online form: http://www.michaelmeanwell.com/books/novels/the-messenger/free-chapters.html
My TWW autoresponder has this error message:
“Oops incorrect form options”
TWW online form: http://www.michaelmeanwell.com/books/nonfiction/free-chapters.html
Can you please take a look at this. (I haven't changed any details/passwords since installation.)
I have another problem that may be related to this SQL issue. Whenever I enter names/addresses (either via the online form or manually in the autoresponder), I expect the system to send the ‘subscribe confirmation’ message I have set up. It does not. It sends the first of three timed messages – this, of course, should come after the person has received and acted on the ‘subscribe confirmation’ message.
Is there something I have done wrong or is this also related to the SQL error?
Many thanks.
