I have read that Adsense has a premium service for sites with over 5 million clicks a month. That service allows them to put adsense ads in their emails.
Does anyone know of any other competing service which would do the same thing for everyone? I'd like to start generating ad revenue from my email campaigns, and so far have not found a suitable way to do this.
Clearly, javascript based ads won't work in an email environment. Does anyone have any suggestions?
