I have an idea for a much needed feature:
A method of automatically scrubbing the FMLP prospect list.
Sure, people sign up using a double opt-in; but what happens if they get tired of the emails and flag them as junk or spam, or just stop reading them altogether (skip over them)?
A great feature to have would be a continual opt in feature. Maybe something that sends out a continual email opt-in message at a preset interval, like monthly.
Since prospects don't read all messages, the continual opt-in message should:
*Be sent every 2 days until a response is acknowledged by prospect (by clicking a link in the mail stating they want to continue receiving emails),
*for a total of 3 consecutive times
*prospect should become 'inactive' across all accounts until the continuation opt-in message is acknowledged or prospect is deleted.
This will insure the prospect list is valid. Otherwise, the list grows exponentially and it becomes nearly impossible to scrub the list and guarantee these are really prospects!
