In FMLP, when you create an email message to go out, you have the option of setting the priority.

Priority is usually a red exclamation point (high priority) or blue symbol (low priority) and is what the prospect sees when they receive the email.

I have found that no matter what this setting is, the user will not see any priority symbol. All emails seem to come through as normal priority (no symbol at all).

Perhaps this isn't getting recorded to the database? I don't get any errors on saving the email.

DR Q - do you have any ideas here? I'm sure your software works, but just not sure why this priority wouldn't come through to the prospect who received the email.

I just sent myself 100 emails and set the priority to high in admin panel.

I received emails with the red exclamation point (high priority) without any problem.

Please check your setting.

P.S. In future please post your questions in this forum- AMLM/FMLP Pro Emerald Forum and not in the general section of the Forum.

This must be a host related issue because the priority setting just doesn't work when I send these messages....must be a server setting preventing it from showing the priority.

Possible. I send lots of email daily to myself (my mailing list has more than 20 of my own email addresses for tracking purpose) and all of them appeared with the exclamation mark (when I set it to do so).
