In FMLP, when you create an email message to go out, you have the option of setting the priority.
Priority is usually a red exclamation point (high priority) or blue symbol (low priority) and is what the prospect sees when they receive the email.
I have found that no matter what this setting is, the user will not see any priority symbol. All emails seem to come through as normal priority (no symbol at all).
Perhaps this isn't getting recorded to the database? I don't get any errors on saving the email.
DR Q - do you have any ideas here? I'm sure your software works, but just not sure why this priority wouldn't come through to the prospect who received the email.
