Subscriber variables im email

I may recall asking about this previously
What tags are added to echo the following variables in outgoing emails.

IP address
date


I tried [HOST] ,and [DATE] but they did nothing?

In the editor of the Pro version, there is a list of tags at the bottom.

Also, this is covered in the Manual.
