SQL error: show table status from

I have FMLP installed and 3 'LISTS' made. When I fill in a FORM and send, I get the following error message... However, I have diacovered that if I click on REFRESH using the CONTROL key, the info is resent and the data appears in FMLP 'list' o.k., but the form does not forward to the landing page on the first try.

What causes this and how can I fix it?

I am not very clear about your question.

But reinstall and make sure you follow the instruction in the video/readme file to the letter.

The redirect page work if you follow the instruction.
