Broadcast Messages

If cron is set to mail sequential messages once a day at 10am - will a broadcast message still go out at the time I click send it or will it wait until 10am next day?
I get Broadcaster Started In Background when I try to send a broadcast message, but it doesn't get sent.

Messages will be sent instantly when you click send.

Please try sending test messages and check with your host.

I recommend setting cron to 15 minutes interval if you have a lot of subscription.
