modules installed, still receiving error

I installed the free version of AR software.
It installed fine, but when testing performance I got Software Error:
Can't locate Email/Date/Format.pm in @INC ........

Forum suggested to have host install modules:
http://search.cpan.org/~msergeant/Time-Piece-1.11/
and
http://search.cpan.org/~roode/Time-Format-1.02/

which they DID.
I am still receiving the error message. I asked my host for advice on it and their response was:

Hi,
Try using this path to access Format.pm:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Date/Format.pm

i am not sure how to do that?

This is due to outdated server configuration.
