Problems Installing Autoresponder

Hi,

I am a "newbie" and I am having trouble installing my free FMLP Lite Autoresponder. I followed the step-by-step video o.k. until I get to the part about MYSQL Database. I already have my database information which I requested from my web host. Do I still need to follow the MYSQL Database steps again? Also, how do I get to the installation page/screen? When I copy and paste the URL http://www.rshomebizproducts.com/cgi-bin/fmlplite/install.cgi into my browser, it does not take me to the installation screen.

I sent a previous email re this problem and have not received a reply. Please, I need your help A.S.A.P.

Yes, you need to enter your database info so the script know where they are.


Q2. Also, how do I get to the installation page/screen? When

The reason why the above did not appear could be due to installation error.
