Cannot get the [FIRSTNAME] to extract

Hi Doc,

I have the Lite version running OK but I cannot get any of the [ ] extraction fields to work. I changed the default html form by dropping all but the NAME and EMAIL fields. I think that may have something to do with it but I don't need the other fields for this promotion.

anyone have an idea what I did wrong?

It is working now for some reason I logged into the admin page just after I posted the above message and the brackets [ ] are extracting everything I try.
