mailing reports to additional email addresses

Dr Q,

Is there any way within the FMLP Pro program to email reports (new subscriber or statistics) to multiple email addresses?

I'm going to assume any second email address has to be hard coded as it cannot be added in the FMLP GUI.

I'm aware mail forwarding can be set up at our own mail client, but in my case that's not the preferred option.

I'd like to add a mobile alert email address so that when I am away from my PC, I will get a lead at my phone like I do for my existing lead forms.

On my coldfusion site I hard coded the email addresses into my current process which worked well for my existing non FMLP lead forms.

However, I'd rather hard code it into FMLP Pro than mess with the mail client trying to forward it. That's because I pop several email accts through my hotmail. So, if the acct is a pop acct, I'd have to forward it on the mail server. I'd rather just add it to FMLP and be done.

Also, when we receive subscriber alerts it says "FUMP Registration" as the 'from' email address and then the subject line is formatted with the email address of subscriber and name of the 'account' that was set up in FMLP.

I think the formatting is great for most people, and I can live with it, however my existing lead forms on my website email me in a more streamlined manner with the 'from' email address being that of the subscriber and the subject line being that of the form they filled out, or in this case, the account.

This works out VERY WELL for my mobile alerts on my cell phone (with my existing coldfusion lead forms), because then I know right away what lead form was completed. With the FMLP, the formatting isn't going to be as streamlined.

I'd like to format FMLP emails to look like my existing lead emails.

So, if the lead form was "Find Your Favorite Widget" - then that's what I'd see as the subject line.

(1) What I'm asking here is what file is it that has the template of how the email gets sent out to me to tell me a subscriber signed up?
(2) What file has the process for sending me reports and subscription emails so I can add my mobile text message email address to it?

1. The easiest way is still to set up mail forwarding on your own domain or a free email provider like gmail.

2. This is the default setup:

"FUMP Registration" as the 'from' email address and then the subject line is formatted with the email address of subscriber and name of the 'account' that was set up in FMLP.

Your preferred setup is to have as the 'from' email address the email of the subscriber and subject line the form which they subscribed from.

This is an interesting request and the first I have received. I am not sure whether there is a need for this feature.
