My responder is not sending the sequential messages

I am still having the same problem. The sequential messages are not sent.

The responder sends only the first messages ( Send double opt-in confirmation message and Send subscribe confirmation message ) Registers the e mail and Name , but it just do not send any ( NONE) of the sequential messages.

Please advise me soon.

P.S. By e Mail you told me : Your cron (if you using FMLP Pro) may not be working.

P.S.S. What is the "cron" and how do I make it work?

The main suspect is your cron not working properly.

Please contact your host support and ask them to check.

Mean while I will log in and take a look.

Please PM me the following:

1. Your responder url and pw.
2. Your FTP server name, un and pw
3. Your cpanel url, un and pw.
