Hi Dr Quek,

After I first purchased FMLP Pro I click on the register product link in the welcome email and the "REGISTRATION AND UNREGISTRATION OF DOMAINS FOR FMLP" page opened.

The filled out the "Name" and "Email" fields, and then placed my domain name in the the field to register my domain.

When I clicked subscribe the page refreshed and the fields were blank. I assumed the registration went ok.

Q1. Am I correct in thinking this?

I did NOT receive a confirmation email, or see a web confirmation page.

I am questioning the procedure because today I received a reminder email to register my domain.
Q2. Do I need to do anything?

Q3. When I log into FMLP Pro I get a page being displayed that contains "Adsense".

Q. How do I disable this? I paid $85 for my 5 License version of FMLP Pro and feel it is unprofessional to be subjected to "Adsense" in this way.

Q4. As FMLP Pro cannot receive more than one email from any one email address in any created <ACCOUNT>, (therefore canot be used for support purposes), could a future version have the ability to, delete a new contacts email address, after their email has arrived, and after any autoresponded messages to the new contacts email have been sent?

I tried to achieve this by creating a "dummy" ACCOUNT and using the subscribe and unsubscribe featurs in "HTML form".
I filled out a support ACCOUNT form, and added the email address to "dummy" ACCOUNT using the subscribe feature in "HTML form" of the support ACCOUNT, while in "dummy" ACCOUNT I used the "HTML form" feature to unscribe the email address from the support ACCOUNT.

This seemed to be close to working, but it failed in two ways:
1. It did not unsubscribe the contact email from support, (but it is suppose to according to your setup).

Q. Can you tell me why it did not delete the email details from support ACCOUNT?

2. In Support ACCOUNT> "Subscriber Manager" > "Showing Prospects" > "Sent", it show a 1 (one). That is one email sent. I beliueve that "1" should not have been showing. Of course, no email was sent. But again, why didn't FMLP Pro delete the email details from the support ACCOUNT?

Having played with this feature I was hoping it would not be a big jump to include the ability to add a feature to allow FMLP Pro to act as a simple "Support Desk".

The rest of this question is rather detailed and I am short of time now. Please let me come back to this ticket as I need to recreate all your steps to understand what you meant.
