Still Can't Subcribe

SORRY - I may have posted this earlier in the wrong section? I need your help.

You received a perfomance test message , but I don't have any such test message for subscribers? This is the internal performance test message?

I need you to subscribe and then you should be redirected to another web page (I used another one of my sites as the test page that subscribers get redirected to).

You should receive my email message about my free report and an attached spreadsheet. Oddly, you received the internal performance test message which I did not create.

I noticed that when I try to subscribe the script tries to load http://www.healthportalusa.com/cgi-bin/register.cgi which of course is not the web site I am instructing the control panel to redirect subscribers to. This is why I am getting this strange message "Account is not exists on Server"

I log into your account using the info you provided and tried to send test messages to see whether you have configured your autoresponder correctly.

I received all the test messages.

The error message could be due to wrong installation.

I advise you to reinstall from scratch to see if you still getting the same problem.

I have your written instructions and videos for installing FLMP lite.

I have your written instructions for FLMP upgrade.

Do you have complete instructions and/or video for FLMP pro install from scratch?

May be I should mention here there is a readme.txt in the zip file you downloaded which contains full instruction on how to install FMLP Pro.

I removed all the files and reinstalled from scratch as you suggested.

I can test send 30 messages, this part is OK.

The subscribers show up in the database, this is fine.

I receive the FUMP Registration notice, this is fine.

The subscriber receives the Subscribe Message, this is fine.

The one pixel image is on my home page, you can see it in the footer between the links and the footer text.

However,

1) the system does not send test messages from the "test send" button or the "broadcast" button.

2) The subscriber does not get the free report and attachment, but the daily report shows the messages are sent out. All of the subscribed are my own email addresses.

I sent an email to your .pop.jaring.my address and to flmp@drquek.com titled customer question. I included the login for the responder, ftp access to the files, and login to the phpadmin so you can see everything.

The readme and manual need more details such as specific examples of what is entered in each field. We would like to use yor product but we are running out of time.

As conveyed to you, I was away since Tuesday due to a family matter.
I tried to install today but found your ftp and cpanel passwords were not accessible.
Please PM me so I may resume installation.
