Redirect Page

I do not know what i am doing wrong. I have my autoreponder set to double opt in. I also put in a redirect address under the thankyoupage. Note, I put in a redirect url where requested and did not check the box for thankyoutemplate. The drop down menu is blank.

When I do a test, i sign up and get a page telling me to check my email for confirmation. when I receive that email, i click on in thinking it will go to my redirect url but instead it says can not find thankyoupage template.

Please advise.

You mentioned the drop down menu is blank, this could be because you have not uploaded all the files.

Please do this:

1. FTP to your directory to see if the files were uploaded correctly.
2. Check the thankyou template to see if it works.
3. Replace the thankyou page with your own.
