help on FMLP lite installation

I have successfully uploaded fmlplite version 4.1 after duly rectified "PERMISSION" but whenever entered to " http://www.seajobwave.com/cgi-bin/fmlplite/install.cgi" the following message comes

Software error:
DataParser::Can not load data from FILE shabl/install.html - No such file or directory at dparser.pm line 47.

I have tried 4 times but failed. Every time the above message comes up.

Please help me so that I can use this software successfully.

The installation was normal. This means the error message you reported was due to your installation mistake.
