Tags not working

Ok I have tried everything with this I first tried using the tag with the txt format and this is what I get in my test email.
[FIRSTNAME]
THIS IS A TEST
[UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK]
So then I tried to change it to html and this is what I get from there
[FIRSTNAME] THIS IS A TEST in html mode [UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK]

So then I tried to use the link code and this is what I get with that in the html mode.

[FIRSTNAME] THIS IS A TEST in html mode [UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK] Click here to unsubscribe The link actually shows up but it points to this in the address bar http://%5bunsubscribe_link%5d/

So as you can see the tags are showing up but they are not picking up any of the information. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change to make this work?:confused:

As conveyed to you just now via Skype, the tags do not work when sending out in test mode. It only works when you send out real messages. I understand you have followed my advice and this problem is now resolved.
