Get error message installing

Hello Dr

I get error message when i go to install.cgi ---------

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: install.cgi


I have added -w in all my perl files , broadcaster , permissions set to 755---

Please advise --------preeyanuch

Hello Dr

Apart from error message i posted earlier , i get a 500 error------.I have gone through my global permissions and they are as recommended by you in your installation doc.

While going through hfparser.pm file , i notice some odd letter characters which i think should not be there.Maybe that is one of the reasons? sending you the attachment of this file to see if the problem is due to this------thks
