Could Not Received the Day 0 Message

Hi,

I have installed the FMLP Lite version. The installation is no problem and everything seems Ok.

However, after I signed up the HTML form with email and First name, the designated email haven't received the immediate message (0 day) after 2 days.

When I login the Admin panel, the 'Sent' is still 0 for that member (email) in the Subscriber Manager.

Would you please advise what is the problem for that.

I login into your admin panel and noticed all your settings were correct.

I then type this into the browser to activate the script manually:

http://yoururl.com/cgi-bin/autoresponder/starter.cgi

Within 1 minute I received the message for day 0.

This shows there is problem with your 1 pixel activation link- either there is no traffic to the page or the link is copied and placed incorrectly.

Please check.
