Yahoo Blocking my messages

My list is double opt-in, but yahoo is blocking all my messages. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Here's part of the message:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

XXXXX@yahoo.com
Domain ryannagy.com has exceeded the max emails per hour. Message discarded"

I need more info from you.

Is this your own domain? XXXXX@yahoo.com and ryannagy.com.

Is yahoo your host?

Please give the full error message:

Domain ryannagy.com has exceeded the max emails per hour. Message discarded"

I understand ryannagy.com is your own domain and you do not host with Yahoo.

Do you get error message only with Yahoo emails or other emails as well?

Can you contact your host and open a support ticket with them about this?

Hi. Thanks for your message. I am only getting the message with Yahoo.

I will contact them. But their process of resolving it seems complex.

I was hoping I could change one of the parameters in FMLP PRO. Perhaps, slowing down the number of deliveries per hour or something?
