Need Help With Cron Script

Hi,

My web hosting company does not offer cron jobs. I do not want to stick an image on my site as option 2.

I went to a site that offer cron job services. I need help with first, editing my cron script per the manual. Second, I need help on setting info on my cron services site.

Can you offer assistance? autoresponser is already set up but not the cron section.
