Changed servers and now error message.

Hello - This problem was not caused by FLMP Pro, but am hoping you can help.

My hosting company moved my websites to a new server, with updated cpanel. My websites work but now I the autoresponder does not work.

The message I get is:

"We are not connected to database utahnag3_autoresponder

Error: 1045 : Access denied for user 'utahnag3'@'localhost' (using password: YES) at func.cgi line 287."

Can you help? The hosting company is looking into, but I would like to get it fixed ASAP.

I don't know how or why but it seemed to fix itself.

Can anyone tell me what the original error message was about as an FYI?

The error message seemed to indicate problem with the database user not being set up properly. This may be due to your migration process. Should you have problem you can always backup your entire mysql and import it to your new server.
