Hi
I asked this question yesterday:

I installed the auto responder and everything was working perfectly and all of a sudden no emails were send out. If I go to global options and do a performance test I get the following message:Can't locate Email/Date.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MIME/Lite.pm line 1097.What went wrong?

You replied:
Hi, There are missing files which you must ask your host to install.
Read here:http://www.doctorquek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68

Please ask your host to install the following modules:

http://search.cpan.org/~msergeant/Time-Piece-1.11/
and
http://search.cpan.org/~roode/Time-Format-1.02/

Where must these modules be installed?
Why was the autoresponder then working in the beginning and not now?

Kind Regards
Chris

My Host uploaded some files and it is working now from time to time. The times it is not working I get the following error message:
Can't call method "mail" on an undefined value at func.cgi line 493.

What is wrong now? This is only sometimes.

Your host knows where to install the modules.

There are few possibilities:

1. The script was working before installing the modules, so it should continue working now.

2. The script was not working before, and it is working now after your host install the modules.

3. The script was not working before, and it is not working properly now because you host did not install the module correctly.

I suspect (3) could be the case as I have others with the same problem resolved (see other tickets) with the modules.

I don't know whether your host did install it correctly.

I wondered is it possible for you to install on anther server?
