Still Getting error message with FMLP Lite

Hi Dr Quek

Thank you for your previous suggested solution to my problem with FMLP Lite. I was getting an error message when testing the global settings and when using the form. Your suggestion was:

Please ask your host to install the following modules:
http://search.cpan.org/~msergeant/Time-Piece-1.11/
and
http://search.cpan.org/~roode/Time-Format-1.02/

I had the technicians do that this morning but it's still giving me the message:

Software error:

Can't locate Email/Date.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.2 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MIME/Lite.pm line 1097.

This is strange as normally the error message would go away with installation of the modules I suggested.

Q1. Please check with your host whether the modules are installed correctly?

Q2. Show them the error message and ask them which additional modules are missing. They may be ablge to advise.

Q3. If the problem is not due to the above, please send me the following info by PM.

*1. Ftp server
*2. Ftp username and password
*3. Domain url
*4. Absolute path to your directory eg., /home/yourname/public_html/cgi-bin/maillist
*5. Mail Program Setting:
Sendmail path (eg, /usr/sbin/sendmail):___________________
Send through (eg, sendmail):______________________________
SMTP server (eg, mail.mydomain.com):______________________

6. Either one of the following:
a) Login details to your web host's control panel. This allows us to login and create the mysql for you.

Password:________________________________________
