Not Accessible to cgi-bin

I have uploaded the file to my server (after all set up), but encounter initial problem. I'm not accessible to /cgi-bin (403 Forbidden).

Am i missed something? I'd double checked the permission chmod.

I'm trying to contact my hosting provider to fit the problem for me.

Hi,

If you can't access the cgi-bin, you need to contact your host about it.

You must have access to the cgi-bin to run FMLP Pro.
